Breathe Face Steam
- Add a handful of the Breathe Face Steam to a large heat-safe bowl and pour boiling filtered water overtop the herbs.
- Place your face over the bowl, making sure to keep a safe distance from the hot water.
- Drape a towel over your head to trap the steam and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.
- Repeat as needed throughout the day.
